Back to Back Contracts and Warranties

A back-to-back contract is a simple subcontract for use in commercial situations when the main contractor wishes to subcontract all or part of its obligations under a main contraction a back-to-back basis. We offer contracts partnering with the infrastructure vendors. We partner with vendors to diagnose infrastructure problems, the vendors provide spares and we provide the labor services.

A warranty describes the conditions under, and period during, which the producer or vendor will repair, replace, or other compensate for, the defective item without cost to the buyer or user. Often it also delineates the rights and obligations of both parties in case of a claim or dispute.

Back-to-back contracts and warranties require certain responsibilities to be shouldered by all three parties:

Customer Responsibility

• Log call with Both Vendor and Flebytes
• Cooperate with vendor and Flebytes by either providing access to the equipment or send required logs

Vendor Responsibility

• Diagnose equipment in conjunction with Flebytes and the customer
• Deliver spares to agree locations if it is within contract coverage
• Assist Flebytes Engineers during repairs or send an Engineer to do the repair if it is beyond the capability of Flebytes engineer
• Close the call

Flebytes Limited Responsibility

• Diagnose problems in conjunction with the vendor and the customer
• Help customer collect logs
• Repair the equipment that our engineers are authorized to repair by vendor
• Close the call

Payment
In case of a warranty Flebytes Limited will claim payment from the vendor of the equipment.
In case of a back-to-back contract Flebytes Limited will negotiate a fee with the customer that will be paid to Flebytes Limted together with the vendor’s contract money. Flebytes Limited will then pay the vendor the value of their contract and remain with flebytes limited payment of the contract.
